Apostle  Emmanuel

 

Apostle Emmanuel is an accounting student turned preacher and teacher of the Gospel, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is a gifted teacher of God’s word and has an uncanny ability to unpack scripture and make it relevant and practical for use in one’s life. His delivery of the Gospel has been coined as, “the passionate, impactful and glazed with humor approach.”

Apostle Emmanuel has ministered in many churches and is currently on two weekly radio stations heard throughout the world. He has labored in almost every area in the church. He has served in the capacity of a church janitor, musician, Church School Teacher, Trustee, and Deacon. He often refers to himself as one who has crawled his way through the church ranks.

Apostle Emmanuel was ordained as an Elder in 2007 and was Consecrated to the office of an Apostle on July 22, 2018. On August 22, 2020, after approximately 21 years of ministering the gospel, nine of which was spent as the Senior Pastor of Imitators of God Ministries, Pastor Emmanuel J. Williams I, was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from St. Thomas University in Jacksonville Florida.

 

Currently, he continues to serve as the Senior Pastor and founder (with his wife) of Imitators of God Ministries Colossal Vivacious Church, which is located on the South East side of Tallahassee, Florida. He resides in Tallahassee, Florida with his precious wife, Apostle Cheryl Williams, and Emmanuel J. Williams II (affectionately known as his Daddy’s E.E).
